1. What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following personal data when you use our services or interact with Us:

  • Basic information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.);
  • Information relating to our relationship, such as services and order details, contract information, payment details, billing information;
  • Service-related information, e.g. user IDs, authentication credentials as well as data generated in connection with service provision e.g., login information, and how and which services are used;

4. How do we share and disclose your data?

When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

The personal data we collect is processed by Us within the European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA) and in third party data processing facilities within the EU/EEA.

In such case we will ensure that service providers have appropriate safeguards, and that they have implemented supplementary measures and have appropriate level of security in place as detailed in the next Section. 

We will take necessary steps to provide appropriate safeguards for international data transfers and to the extent necessary implement supplementary measures for protection of personal data as required by applicable laws. Personal data is transferred only to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, and where not we will implement the standard contractual clauses and implement necessary technical, organisational, or contractual supplementary measures to ensure that personal data has the same protection as in EU/EEA.

6. How do we store and secure your data?

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or other misuse. These measures include physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable legal requirements. 

Platform is operated within a first-tier cloud service providers environment which is backed by a variety of strong security measures and controls, including network security, identity and access management, encryption, and monitoring, to protect members' data.

Our services are running in first-tier cloud service providers environment, and we store our sales and marketing data in the platform of the first-tier CRM platform service provider  who fully utilize their security technologies. They provide various security measures and controls to help protect members data, including network security, identity and access management, encryption, and monitoring.

To ensure information security and data protection for the services, access control mechanisms are implemented to restrict access to data to authorized personnel only. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and secure protocols are used.

Although our good faith efforts to store your data in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, please remember that unfortunately no data transmission or storage is 100% risk free. You provide your personal data at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. In the unfortunate case of a security breach that endangers your privacy or data we will inform you as well as the relevant authorities, as required by law. We may also temporarily shut down services to protect the personal data.

7. Retention of data

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services to you and as required by law (different data categories have different retention periods). After that, we will securely dispose of your personal data.

In case of service provision, We will keep your personal data based on a contractual relationship with you, or a company you represent, for as long as the provision of the services requires and in principal for two (2) years after you have stopped using our services.  After our relationship or service provision has ended, we typically store personal data that are necessary to protect our legitimate interests e.g., enabling response on requests or claims under applicable provisions concerning statute of limitations.

After the retention period, we will delete your data by pushing it from our active systems. Note that pushing from our backups will happen when backups are overwritten. This will exclude the aggregated metadata of the services, where individual person is not identified.

Personal data processed based on legitimate interests are processed as long as there are grounds for their processing. If you object such processing, data will be erased after your request has been validated. An example of this kind of processing falling within the scope of legitimate interest is direct marketing. If personal data is processed based on legal obligations, it is retained as long as required by law. The storage time of personal data processed with your consent is determined according to the purposes of processing.

8. Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

You may control the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us via our webpage www.emabler.com at any time. In such case, we will retain minimum amount of personal data to respect your choice in order to avoid contacting you again.
